When you send an enquiry or a sample order, we may receive your name, email, company, delivery address, phone number, the products you chose and any information you intentionally include. Technical security logs may include IP address, browser information, request time and error details.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, confirm prices and shipping, fulfil and deliver your order, keep the resulting business record, protect the service from abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
Who may receive it
Authorised Hatti personnel and service providers — such as website hosting, email, payment and shipping partners — may process information where necessary to operate the website, process payment and deliver your order.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as the inquiry, legitimate business record or applicable legal obligation requires. Access should be limited, transmissions protected, and service providers reviewed for the role they perform. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Submit a request through the inquiry form with “Privacy” at the beginning of the message. Hatti may need to verify identity before acting.
International processing
Hatti is based in India and ships to buyers abroad. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. Appropriate contractual and operational safeguards should be applied where required.
